A message dated April 25, 2014, was read stating the Senate passed                                                              
CSHB 369(JUD) with the following amendment, and it is transmitted                                                               
for consideration:                                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 369(JUD)                                                                               
     "An Act relating to restrictions on the criminal prosecution for                                                           
     certain offenses for a person who seeks medical assistance for a
